1. The store and these terms
Paws & Petals operates this online store and sells the products listed on it. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Your continued use of the Store means you accept the current Terms.
2. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the selected products at the listed price. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud or abuse. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time without notice. We work hard to keep prices, descriptions and availability accurate, but errors can happen; if we find an error that affects your order we will contact you before shipping. Payment is taken securely by our payment provider at the time of purchase. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Products and descriptions
Photographs and descriptions are provided for reference and may differ slightly from the item you receive, especially for handmade, natural or made-to-order products. Colours can vary between screens and devices. We may limit order quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
5. Shipping and delivery
We send your order to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and depend on your destination. 7. Acceptable use

All content on the Store — including the Paws & Petals name, logo, text, product photography and page design — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it without our written permission.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
